Position Description/Job Summary:

This position will have responsibility for the Receiving and Returns operations. Data entry is needed along with physical counting of parts, cleaning sets, and special projects and reports as assigned.

Primary Responsibilities/Duties/Essential Job Functions:

• Process incoming shipments
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Eval Coordinator, and Consignment Coordinator on priorities
• Process customer returned material (RMA's)
• Process rep returns
• Process Eval program set returns
• Clean products using autoclave, ultrasonic, and other approved cleaning processes
• Other duties as assigned

Experience/Skills Required:

• Basic Excel and Word experience desired
• Typing skills desired
• Neat handwriting
• Communicate well with other, verbally and written

Required Education and Licensing Certification:

• High School diploma or GED

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

• Use office equipment and machinery effectively
• Will work around water, heat and cleaning solutions
• Operate autoclave, oven, and ultrasonic cleaner
• Company will provide uniform shirts and employee is allowed to wear blue jeans
• Will be required to sit at a desk and also stand on a tile floor for extended periods of time
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs
• May occasionally require some over time work
